The processing and deployment of vacationing/returning workers to the said country, subject to their compliance with documentation requirements shall, however, be allowed.

18 Imposing a total ban on the processing and deployment of all OFWs bound for Gaza Strip
19 Imposing a suspension on the processing and deployment of newly-hired workers to the West Bank.

21 Deployment ban exemption for the certain categories of Filipinos who are returning to/and vacationing from Afghanistan and who have existing and valid contracts provided that they have been issued letters of guarantees/undertaking from their employers guaranteeing their safety, security, and repatriation in case the situation in Afghanistan deteriorates and their lives and well-being are placed in imminent danger.
22 Lifting the deployment ban in Venezuela and to resume the processing and deployment thereto of all Filipino workers, to include both returning/vacationing and new hires.
23 Continuing with the suspension of the processing and deployment of newly-hired OFWs bound for Gaza Strip but allowing the processing and deployment of vacationing/returning workers to the said area subject to their compliance with the documentation requirements.
