What are the Livelihood Assistance Services under Assist WELL?


1. Entrepreneurial Development Training.

The OWWA and the NRCO provide free training on financial awareness, self-preparation for entrepreneurial roles, business planning, and business management. The training duration may be from one day to three days.

2. Livelihood Skills Training with Starter Kits.

Includes knowledge and skills development for self-employment. The training is from one day to three days, depending on the skill type that the beneficiary will acquire. This assistance has four categories:

3. Hands-on Business Mentoring and Support.

Free business development services in the form of business consultation and counselling, productivity advice, and business networking support for sustaining and expanding businesses.

4. Business Loan Assistance.

A P2-Billion Reintegration Program Fund administered by the Landbank of the Philippines for business loans of between P300,000 and P2 million, payable in five years, with interest of 7.5 percent per year. Services include referral services to partner lending institutions.
